The romans and the Celts

The romans ruled from 43 AD to 410 AD.The Romans lived in Rome, a city in the centre of the country of Italy. Before the romans come the Celts ruled and one of the most famous Celts was Boudica. One of the most well-known roman emperers was julius caesar who ended up marrying the Egyptian queen cleopatra.


Was a Celtic queen and her husband Prasutagus died and half his money was meant to go to her and the other half was to go to romans but, the romans took all of the money, which made boudica outraged.Boudica died around 60AD.

The fall of the romans

The roman empire was destroyed because most of the romans went back to defend rome and not many in britain so the celts hired the saxons who ended the roman empire.
